You may browse this website for informational purposes. Automated scraping, copying of substantial parts of the content, or use of the content to train machine-learning models is not permitted without prior written consent.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a contract or a guarantee of access to the beta. By submitting your email address you consent to being contacted once about the beta launch. See our privacy policy for details.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Gud GmbH disclaims liability for any direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of this website or the beta service. The website is provided "as is".

Applicable law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Bern, Switzerland, subject to mandatory provisions of consumer law.
